A série vencedora do prêmio máximo da noite, da categoria de Melhor Série de Drama, foi Game Of Thrones, que estava indicada em 32 categorias. Ela ainda levou na categoria de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Série de Drama, com o ator Peter Dinklage. Ele se tornou o recordista da categoria, com quatro vitórias.
A série que mais levou troféus na noite foi a comédia Fleabag, que venceu em quatro categorias.
No quesito canais e streamings, quem liderou em prêmios foi a HBO, que levou 34 prêmios na noite, enquanto a Netflix conquistou 27 e a Amazon, 15.
